Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using POWRLOG ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
Health Disclaimer
POWRLOG is not a medical app. The training programmes, exercise recommendations, nutrition targets, recovery ratings, and all other content provided by POWRLOG are for informational and general fitness purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always consult a qualified physician or healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise programme, particularly if you have any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or concerns about your health. Stop exercising immediately and seek medical attention if you experience chest pain, severe shortness of breath, dizziness, or any other unusual symptoms during exercise.
Licence
POWRLOG grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the App on any Apple-branded device you own or control, subject to the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. This licence does not allow you to use the App on any device that you do not own or control, or to distribute or make the App available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time.
One-Time Purchase
After a free trial period, continued use of POWRLOG requires a one-time in-app purchase. The purchase is processed through the Apple App Store and is subject to Apple's standard terms and conditions. All sales are final; refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy.
User Data
All data you enter into POWRLOG (workouts, body measurements, personal settings) is stored locally on your device. POWRLOG does not transmit this data to any server. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the App
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
- Attempt to circumvent any purchase or entitlement validation mechanisms
Intellectual Property
All content within POWRLOG — including exercise descriptions, programming logic, training methodologies, science tips, UI design, and branding — is the exclusive property of POWRLOG and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Disclaimer of Warranties
POWRLOG is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. POWRLOG does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, POWRLOG and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to personal injury, loss of data, or loss of profits arising out of or related to your use of the App, even if POWRLOG has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
